Oven 375 deg F
Spray baking sheet with oil
Combine 1/2 tsp salt, lime zest and chilli powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the raw shrimp - spritz with oil. Bake for 5-8 mins until turn pink and curl in on themselves.
Meanwhile combine the diced avacado, lime juice and remaining 1/2 tsp. salt. Combine the sour cream and chipoltle pepper in different bowl.
Assemble by placing 1 tsp. of avocado mixture in a tortilla scoop fiollowed by 1/2 tsp. sour cream mixture, then top with a chilli-lime shrimp.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
